Transformation Analyst

Are you looking to use your strategy and consulting toolkit to drive real transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global supply chain transformation program, working closely with senior stakeholders and initiative owners to ensure delivery excellence.
As a Transformation Analyst, you’ll support the Head of Transformation and workstream leads in delivering a portfolio of high-impact initiatives. You’ll help establish governance, standardise processes, and ensure projects are executed to plan. The role involves a blend of problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workstream leads and initiative owners with planning, governance, and execution of transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate program cadence, meetings, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Drive standardisation by developing templates, frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, solve problems, and keep initiatives on track.
- Coach and support initiative owners in building strong business cases and managing change effectively.
- Monitor performance, highlight risks, and support decision-making to optimise timelines and outcomes.
Background & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings strong consulting-style skills and enjoys working in complex environments.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
