Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around
our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

Coordination and supervision of both the site administration and site cleaning teams, establishing cleaning
schedules and assigning cleaners to different tasks and duties, ensuring they have the right equipment and
supplies to complete their work.

**Responsibilities include**:

- provide mentorship, leadership, training and direction for the cleaning and administration staff;
- provide effective administrative support to various departments;
- conduct monthly toolbox meetings;
- ensure cleaning staff comply to all safety and environmental standards;
- conduct task interaction and observations on tasks as set by Manager;
- assist with construction camp administration management; and
- provide monthly report to the Manager - Business Services with regards to cleaning personnel, equipment,

supplies, costs and inspections.

Desirable Qualifications:

- certificate III in Business Administration;
- certificate IV in Leadership and Management; or
- on the job experience equivalent to.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an administration supervisor role;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products;
- Ability to determine and set priorities; and
- Excellent time management skills.
