- We are looking for the right Full Time Permanent person to join our National Group of Companies at our Perth CBD office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Business Administration and Coordination, including managing of Finances, Human Resources, Payroll, Fleet, Information Technology and Systems and Marketing across the businesses.
- Coordination of Administrative support for Operational areas of the business.
- Stakeholder and Client Management and Coordination.
- Business Coordinator
- Conducting product, competitor and market analysis and research.
- Project management, coordination, support and implementation.
- Organisational and business support for Leadership Team.

Other duties as required.

**About You**:

- Proven experience working as a coordinator, project officer or senior administrative role for at least three years in comparable roles (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong project management skills (desirable)
- A team player, with the ability to work autonomously
- Commercial acumen
- Proven ability to delivery outcomes and meet deadlines
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience (required)
- Knowledge and experience of Xero or similar accounting software (required)
- Knowledge and experience of using ServiceM8 (desirable)
