**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams, delivering impactful promotions, and driving success for independent retailers? We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven **IBA Retail Promotions Manager**to join our team at Metcash.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a team responsible for constructing, coordinating, and communicating promotional programs across IBA retail banners. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build compelling retail offers, ensuring timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.

**In this Role**
- Lead and develop a team of two Promotions Coordinators responsible for delivering promotional programs across IBA retail brands.
- Partner with Category Managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of promotional data and materials
- Manage the planning and execution of Alternate Brand promotions, ensuring value delivery to our members
- Collaborate with State Operations and key internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of promotional activities to the retail network
- Deliver promotional timelines in alignment with business schedules, ensuring execution is on time and in full.
- Work cross-functionally with the wider merchandise, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Contribute to improving promotional processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the National Merchandise Manager - IBA by ensuring promotional strategy aligns with overarching business objective

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- You have strong process or project management experience, ideally within FMCG or retail.
- You have prior experience managing a team and are passionate about developing others.
- You’re a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You bring experience working in retail, liquor, or similar fast-paced commercial environments.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive when managing multiple deadlines
