**Your new role**
- Policy formulation, development and implementation for design of the program
- Developing and maintaining grant program documentation
- Management of grant assessments, risks and probity
- Forward planning for design of future program/s
- Managing a small team (potentially including contractors)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage time effectively while supporting a small team to achieve its collective goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and oral communication.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve complex matters
