We are seeking an experienced leader in Community Development for the role of Community Services Coordinator. This is an exciting role that oversees and manages initiatives and programs that support the community at large as well as in areas such as equity, diversity, and inclusion (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, disability access and inclusion, LGBTQIA+) and homelessness.

In your role as the Community Services Coordinator, you will support the City by:

- Leading the Community Services Team to deliver programs and projects that meet the service standards and expectations of the City and community
- Fostering positive and collaborative relationships between the Community Services Team and all stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to addressing complex and sometimes politically sensitive social issues
- Collaboratively develop, implement, and report on relevant City plans

To be successful in this role you will lead by example and provide leadership and direction within all areas of responsibility to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as provide effective operational management of Community Services staff.
