**Data Platforms (DP)**is a team of data experts and professionals dedicated to building game-changing data capabilities and shaping the future of banking.

This hands-on delivery role supports key stakeholders and our Data Platforms technical teams. You will work daily with your agile team and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business and customer value aligned with the overall strategy and project objectives. You will also take a lead role in coaching and mentoring your team.

You will guide the technical team to stay focused on business objectives and help stakeholders understand the project journey and complexities. While an interest in technology is beneficial, the role requires data and delivery experience from analytics or engineering.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Educate business stakeholders to understand strategy and objectives to build and align on a product roadmap that transforms the strategy into an actionable and outcomes-based plan.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery defined by a clear roadmap and track and report on success metrics.
- Assist in the translation of business requirements into value-driven features and stories.
- Track key organisational and business outcomes / value, and health metrics.
- Action release and sprint goals, prioritising the product backlog while focusing on delivering the maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to optimise team outputs and coach and mentor other members of the broader team.Provide hands-on SME in the Service Owner and Product Owner domain.

**What do I need?**
- Solid practical skills and experience in data platform delivery on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP technologies.
- Solid understanding of data governance and program governance in a large corporate setting.
- Experience working with multiple scrum teams, programs, and initiatives simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in Agile environments, guiding distributed teams, and collaborating with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in IT literacy with substantial experience using JIRA and Confluence.Significant exposure to data technologies and a keen interest in the latest developments in data and AI.
