Fantastic opportunity for a Digital Lead / Product Owner to join a customer owned bank and drive its crucial Digital Services journey.

Working in a well established and already successful bank, you'll build a modern and progressive full-service digital bank providing 24x7 products and services, anywhere, anytime.

Truly empower customers to self-serve, both online and in-app, with digital onboarding of products and services via straight-through processing and digital acceptance.

Deliver an outstanding Digital Banking experience that deepens relationships while showcasing the benefits of customer owned banking.

Deliver seamless, high quality, modern and consistent user experience across all digital channels.

**The Role**:

- Provide technical and strategic leadership to the the Digital team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for the development of the digital banking roadmap.
- Lead the digital banking customer journey and experiences team.
- Develop reporting and performance metrics for digital banking services.
- Monitor digital services to ensure performance against key metrics.
- Lead product discovery activities for digital channels showcasing new features and ideas.
- Ensure the successful implementation of digital changes and software releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Increase customer satisfaction ratings.
- Increase usage of digital channels.
- Improve customer on boarding experience - onboard customers in seconds / minutes.
- Develop new digital services so customers can perform all transactions and services via digital channels.
- Provide customers meaningful financial insights to help them improve their financial wellbeing.

**You**:

- Valuable experience in digital and product management services, particularly the mobile app and website development.
- Enjoy working fluidly throughout organisations to ensure both business and technology objectives are met.
- Proven experience in product performance analysis, metrics to understand drivers, problems and make recommendations.
- Experienced using data and reporting to demonstrate value or opportunities for new features in the Digital channels.
- Love to lead digital teams with proven track record of delivering Digital roadmaps.
- Financial services experience is not essential
