Lead Product Owner

A national Australian icon is currently on the hunt for an experienced Product Owner to join a new program of work, as a Lead PO.

Within this role you will lead 1-2 Product owners as you define the product roadmap, focusing on the rollout of new operational software. You assist in connecting this technology Program and the over arching customer strategy.

Within this role, you will;
- Draft business cases for upcoming work
- Work to Secure sponsorship and funds where required.
- Prioritise delivery needs and budgets based on operational and business goals.
- Manage BAU when required
- Educate and influence Stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance activities from Group Audit and the Cyber security team.

You will have:

- Excellent stakeholders management and communications skills.
- 4+ Years experience as a Product Owner or Manager within a technical program.
- Strong project management skills
- Confident driving both internal business activities in addition to vendor management.
- Proven experience working in a leadership capacity
- Confidence working in a fast paced & Agile environment.
