You will be supported to provide exceptional support to an established and high-performing sales team, we need someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys being a team player and also has the ability to work autonomously.

You will be an organised individual who shows initiative, self-motivation, high attention to detail.

**Your role will consist of**:

- Sales support to a team of high-performing sales executives
- Preparation of listing documents & property files
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Assisting with advertising properties for sale online & print media
- Responding to correspondence
- Providing all aspects of support to the sales team
- Providing support & training where required to junior administrators

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge to manage listings & contracts process. Industry experience a must for this role
- Corporately presented
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines & prioritize
- A strong passion to expand your Real Estate knowledge and experience
- You will need your current Real Estate Certificate
- Previous real estate sales administration experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
