Belle Property Mosman, Neutral Bay, Crows Nest & Cammeray aim to provide competitive services in the real estate market, selling and managing residential and commercial property. They are ranked within the top 10 real estate offices in the Belle Property network, with 4 great offices across the Lower North Shore. Supporting our team of dynamic, skilled sales people, this position is vital to the seamless operation of the office. You will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation's office routines and procedures.

Great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a Sales Coordinator role in the exciting real estate industry
Full training will be provided and on-going opportunities to develop your skills are on offer.

This position is vital to the seamless operation of our dynamic sales team. You will be required to
demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisations office routines and procedures.

**The role is varied and will include**:

- Managing new listings and compliance
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors
- Processing exchanges and settlements
- Preparing sales advices and record keeping
- Trust accounting
- Sales reporting
- Back up to other admin roles within the business

Full-time role, Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. Some work from home flexibility may be offered.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the enthusiasm to help others
- Ability to work independently but thrive in a team based environment
- Experience in a similar role
- Enjoy working within this fast paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and immaculate attention to detail
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
