An opportunity has become available for an Apprentice Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical Trade to join our engineering team at Moorabbin. In this role, you won’t just be doing preventative maintenance and breakdown activities, but you will also get hands-on equipment build experience as part of continuous improvement initiatives within our facility. You will learn essential Fitter and Turner skills through an approved apprenticeship TAFE provider whilst working on the job under the guidance of several qualified tradespersons. We’re able to consider someone ready to start immediately or following the conclusion of their current school/study commitments post-Christmas.
- Good school results and solid reports for attitude and attendance
- Pre-apprenticeship or Cert II in Engineering is preferred
- Commitment to complete a four-year Engineering Tradespersons Apprenticeship
- Ability to pass full medical, drug and alcohol screen
- Strong appreciation and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety standards
- Permanent resident of Australian Citizen, living in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
