Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Our Client, a leading manufacturer of power transmission products are seeking multiple Maintenance Fitter/Fitter and Turners for their workshop based in Mulgrave VIC. Role responsibility includes repairing and assembling allocated fitting orders including gearboxes, clutches, couplings, brakes and Hydraulics.

Our Client, a leading manufacturer of power transmission products are seeking multiple Maintenance Fitter/Fitter and Turners for their workshop based in Mulgrave VIC. Role responsibility includes repairing and assembling allocated fitting orders including gearboxes, clutches, couplings, brakes and Hydraulics.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure all inspections, repairs, conversions, assembly and reports are meticulously completed following the appropriate procedures
- Ensure jobs are completed to a high-quality standard within the estimated times including providing feedback to the Leading Hand on actual times
- Carry out general fitting work as directed by the Leading Hand to meet delivery deadlines.
- Follow all fair and reasonable directions from Leading Hand
- Where appropriate and in consultation with the Leading Hand, provide feedback to the sales personnel
- Maintain an orderly, neat, tidy and professional workplace on a daily basis.

- Trade Qualifications (in engineering/mechanical relevant to role)
- Disconnect/Reconnect licence desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proven Maintenance experience
- Proven experience in fault finding
- Good understand and compliance of OHS in the workplace
- Have an eye for continuous improvement.
- Willing to work overtime if required to complete a task
