**ROLE- PHILANTHROPY MANAGER**
Are you a strategic fundraising professional genuinely interested in working for a health charity that is committed to improving treatments and outcomes of cancers?

As Philanthropy Manager, you will use your proven relationship fundraising experience to develop and implement a strategic and proactive philanthropy program, assisting this incredible organisation’s mission and strategic plan.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the marketing and communications team, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and drive their major gifts fundraising strategy, take ownership of the portfolio and make a real impact on the organisation. You will play a vital role in driving major giving and funding from
**high-net-worth individuals**/
**organisations**,
**corporates **and
**community fundraisers.**
The role is busy and varied and would suit someone with demonstrated success in delivering a proactive major gift and/or corporate partnerships program to meet targets and execute superior stakeholder and budget management skills.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- A few years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in **fundraising, philanthropy**, and/or **corporate partnerships**:

- Ability to interpret, analyse and adapt highly complex information demonstrating how proposals meet funders' requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practised in project management, planning and coordination in multi-task environment
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Highly motivated individual who is a great ‘connector’, ‘influencer’, and ‘networker’
- Possess an entrepreneurial approach to the role
- Positive, engaging, and approachable attitude with a strong client-service focus and commitment
