This Not-for-profit organisation is dedicated in creating positive change from the impact Cancer. By raising awareness, providing support, driving research, and advocating for those affected by Cancer, they are leading the charge in the fight against this prevalent disease.

**THE ROLE**

As an experienced, passionate and results-driven Philanthropy Manager, you will be integral in making a real difference to those affected by cancer and reducing it's the impact to individuals and families across the nation.

This role is full-time Permanent role. Located in North Sydney.

**You will be responsible for**:

- **Strategic Impact**: Develop and execute a visionary philanthropic strategy aligned with our mission and organisational goals.
- **Relationship Cultivation**: Foster meaningful connections with donors, both current and prospective, ensuring a personalised and engaging donor experience.
- **Innovation and Growth**: Identify and seize new funding opportunities, staying ahead of philanthropic trends and forging innovative partnerships including individual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, bequests, private ancillary funds, as well as philanthropic trusts and foundations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our leadership team to integrate philanthropic initiatives seamlessly into our broader organisational strategy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in similar senior Philanthropy, Fundraising, Partnership or Donor role
- Proven experience with various high-level philanthropic fundraising
(individual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, bequests, private ancillary funds, as well as philanthropic trusts and foundations)
- Excellent all-round communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch to donors and prospects
- Experience in writing and review grant proposal
