Sydney, Australia Children's Cancer Institute Full time

We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings 40+ years ago. And for four decades, our vision has been the same — to save the lives of all children with cancer and improve their long-term health through research. It’s not if. It’s when.

To accomplish our vision, we need the best of everything... the best people, the best facilities and the best culture for our people to work in.

Culture is “how” we work to deliver our world-class research. Values are the foundations upon which our culture is built, and articulate what we stand for, define our actions, shape our relationships and drive our success. We are proud of our values and strive to keep this at the forefront of all we do.

Philanthropy is vital to Children’s Cancer Institute achieving its vision to save the lives of all children with cancer and improve their long-term health through research. This hands-on role will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver best-in-class relationship management across the year. This includes the Philanthropy Event Series which consists of engagement events for our gold supporters.

- Ensuring the database is kept updated and supporting Relationship Managers to record important supporter information.
- Manage the invoicing and receipting for all Philanthropy donations and events.
- Help drive the success of all Philanthropy events and activations throughout the year.
- Collaborate with all teams within Marketing and Fundraising to deliver best-in-class supporter experiences.

**To succeed you will have**
- Excellent database and data management skills - ideally experience with Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- A can-do, positive attitude and willingness to help
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Confidence working with both internal and external supporters and great written and communication skills
- Passion for teamwork and partnering with others to help achieve our vision of curing childhood cancer

**We will support you to be your best with benefits that include but are not limited to**:

- Flexible working arrangements
- Focus on employee wellbeing, including up to 5 gifted wellbeing days off (paid) per year
- Access to fitness passport, with access to an extensive choice of fitness facilities across Sydney at discounted rates
- Corporate discounts and discounts on education through UNSW
