**About the Role**
The Head of People and Culture will be focused on the development, implementation and oversight of the people frameworks, programs and practices that shape culture, workforce, and ways of working, whilst enabling and empowering the business to deliver a client focused strategy. This will include, but not be limited to, leading and evolving talent acquisition, talent management, organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development and change management. A senior leader reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead and develop a People and Culture team of eight, enabling capabilities driven by making a difference, reputation and impact.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for delivering contemporary HR practices;
- An ability to think strategically, influence, plan and execute;
- A confident, positive and authentic leadership style, and proven ability to build relationships to influence and coach with credibility;
- A continuous improvement mindset to evolve EVP, frameworks, programs and processes that provide a great people experience;
- Tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in delivering a people agenda that delivers clear impact to an organisation; and
- An understanding of the public sector and relevant management processes.
