Our mission is to bring care closer to patients. We do this by making access to complex care faster and more accessible.

Telecare hosts a panel of over 120 specialists and allied health professionals, covering 30 specialties (and growing). We currently support GP clinics in every state and territory as well as hospitals in Victoria and Queensland. Our secret ingredient is our team of clinicians and tech professionals who streamline the patient journey by building better software and processes. Our virtual care service combines our software with telehealth, improving efficiencies for patients and hospitals by reducing typical wait times from months (even years) down to a few weeks.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are looking for a full-time **Strategy & Operations Analyst **who is a high-level strategic thinker with the ability to dive deep into the details.

**Role Description**

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst at Telecare, you will drive forward a set of strategic projects that aim to enhance Telecare’s capabilities and efficiencies. You will develop a sound understanding of our end-to-end processes and generate recommendations to streamline Telecare’s operations, working side by side with the product team and operational leaders to implement these initiatives across our various divisions - Product & Technology, Clinician Engagement, and Patient Experience.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Implement new business initiatives
- Assessing future commercial opportunities and new revenue streams
- Identify and remove inefficiencies within Telecare's operations
- Monitor market and competitive trends, risks, and disruptions
- Maintain and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Telecare

**Your Qualifications, Experience And Technical Attributes**
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy-related equivalent
- Analytical skills - You like working with data and can use it to make actionable recommendations to grow the business
- Project management skills - You can prioritise effectively as well as lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently
- Strong track record of collaboration - You can effectively partner with our various divisions

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Must be legally authorised to work in Australia
- Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting
