About the role
Reporting to the Product Manager, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Resolve issues with inter-system interfaces and data flows to ensure operational performance levels are maintained.
- Develop and document detailed procedures to assist level-1 staff in issue logging and first call resolution as well as level-2 support.
- Coordinate escalation of level 3 support issues to internal or external support providers including working with vendors to achieve satisfactory problem resolution.
- Ensure accurate documentation of diagnostic and support procedures according to set standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors by regular communications along with involvement in product forums and customer user groups.

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and well-developed interpersonal and influencing capability, as well as being able to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively.
- The ability to be available outside of ordinary working hours to provide advice, support, or authoritative direction on a rotational basis (future requirement of role).

This position is graded at AV/3 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement.
