**Your new company**
Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this reputable Victorian State Government Body is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant. Joining a close-knit team of Executive Directors, you’ll be welcomed to work on a new and rewarding project on a full-time contract with flexible hours.

**Your new role**
- Assist lawyers in triaging requests, circulate documents and facilitate approval flows for documents, including briefings, correspondence, finance, meetings and recruitment
- Respond to and manage phone inquiries by answering and triaging requests as appropriate, and directing to relevant teams
- Assist to manage outgoing correspondence including arranging couriers, express and registered post
- Assist lawyers in triaging requests, circulate documents and facilitate approval flows for documents, including briefings, correspondence, finance, meetings and recruitment

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have demonstrated experience in a Legal support position
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- High levels of organisational skills
