**Who we are**

We are a thriving and busy psychology practice located in Springfield. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for our clients from the first point of contact to the last. We want every single person who engages with The Rosy Room to feel nurtured and cared for and our administration team play just as an important role in this as our psychologists.

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for a new casual admin member to join the team. You must be able to provide two regular shifts per week plus have incredible flexibility to cover extra shifts per week when other staff are absent.

Our practice is very busy and involves managing the diaries of 13 psychologists. The job requires someone with the emotional sensitivity to interact with and support vulnerable clients in a calm and kind manner despite having several tabs open at once. We need a multi-tasking extraordinaire who can juggle many different administrative roles going on behind the scenes and who has impeccable attention to detail for accurate invoicing and insurance claims. It's a lot of different skills needed for 1 role. So basically we are on the look out for our next unicorn.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Prior administration experience is a must

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- First point of contact for clients entering the practice
- Booking appointments
- Invoicing and submitting insurance claims to Medicare, Private health, NDIS and other 3rd parties
- Sending mail for the psychologists to GPs and other relevant parties
- managing 13 psychologists' diaries
- Taking phone call enquiries and helping to book the client in with the psychologist who is best fit
- Providing administration support to the psychology team

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Springfield, QLD 4300: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
