Omega Wellness Centre is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the position of **Mental Health Clinical Manager **to join our rapidly growing team of clinical and admin mental health specialists.

**Qualifications & requirements for this position**:

- Relevant undergraduate or post graduate tertiary qualifications in health or mental health evidenced by AHPRA registration or registration with relevant professional body or association.
- This may include any of the following professions, psychologist, mental health occupational therapist, mental health registered nurse, social worker, dietician.
- Must have clinical experience in the speciality area of mental health.
- Must have relevant clinical experience in the community and/or primary health settings.
- Experience of private practice or demonstrated understanding of private practice.

**Clinical experience and skills**:

- Experience in leading and the management of a team of allied health and mental health nurses
- Demonstrated experience in people management while support a multidisciplinary team
- Advanced communication and written skills
- Must have a strong customer service focus
- Effectively contribute to continuous improvement, policy and procedure development and review, mandatory training program, quality audits, incident reporting
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Contemporary knowledge and demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders
- Desirable to have experience in group facilitation of mental health group therapy programs (CBT, Relapse Prevention, DBT, ACT, mental health perinatal programs, ADHD but not limited to)
- Advanced clinical skills in mental health comprehensive assessment, triage and escalation of care
- Knowledge/experience in using cloud-based client management software (not essential, training will be provided)
