About this opportunity

As a Team Assistant, Member Solutions, you will provide operational, administrative, and engagement support to the NSW and VIC Senior Management team within Member Solutions division. Member Solutions have been set up and empowered to own and shape the member experience from start to finish. By joining the team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a Member Services role that’s not like any other in the industry.

How do you exceed our expectations?

**Additionally, you will**:
Have prior experience working within a financial or client relationship environment;
Understanding of the Industry Fund environment and importance of external stakeholder relationships; and
Have the ability to work with vendors, undertake project outcomes/activities, and deliver through others.
