Our client, a well-established national law firm, is seeking a talented and dedicated Associate with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join their Professional Indemnity team.

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex professional indemnity matters and providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing professional indemnity claims and disputes, including professional negligence cases and breach of duty claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and assist in negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic advice.
- Prepare legal opinions, reports, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in professional indemnity or insurance law.
- Sound knowledge of professional negligence, liability claims, and insurance law principles.
- Experience in managing professional indemnity claims and handling litigation matters.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
