**ROLE**:
Kennedys is seeking a highly motivated Associate with 2 + years' PQE to join our busy Insurance team based in our growing Melbourne office.
**TEAM**:
Our vibrant Melbourne Insurance team is led by 4 prominent Partners: Nicole Wearne, Mark Attard, Ganga Narayanan and Emily Schneider who pride themselves on promoting an inclusive culture; ensuring everyone works together to achieve the best results for our clients.
Supporting mostly with professional indemnity and insurance litigation work, you will become part of a highly experienced team consisting of x 5 Special Counsel and x 4 Senior Associates whilst receiving first-class support from our dedicated Paralegals and Legal Secretaries - enabling you to thrive in the fast-paced world of insurance litigation.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- We are looking for a strong litigator with 2 + years' PQE in professional indemnity or general insurance
- You will possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrate the proven ability to manage your own time with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and integrity; displaying the highest standard of professional ethics
- Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required
- A natural team player ready to assist and support colleagues where necessary
