**About the role**

You will provide ongoing maintenance planning expertise for MinRes Marine. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning all scheduled maintenance and repairs for the MinRes Marine fleet. This role will also be responsible for the set-up of maintenance systems for the fleet.
- Support technical operations and maintenance systems.
- Preparation, planning & implementation of maintenance schedules to achieve the operational outcomes of safety, quality, performance and cost.
- Develop long-term maintenance plans.
- Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities.
- Provide support to Ship Managers to ensure procurement is streamlined and minimise delays.
- Set-up regular maintenance plans in consultation with Ship Managers.
- Identify risks and form contingency plans.
- Liaise with team members, management and other key stakeholders to ensure maintenance is completed to standard.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives which help improve safety, reduce project costs, and/or improve productivity

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Extensive experience in Maintenance/ Shutdown planning
- Relevant Trade certificate or graduate qualification
- Significant experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting activities to establish maintenance development plan with strong analytical skills
- Proficient computer literacy skills with a willingness to learn and utilise new technology as required
