Our Background
A leading international role player in the Gas, Engineering & Healthcare Industries with diverse expertise in steelmaking, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics and health care.

Your New Role as the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Organise the plant's planned and unplanned maintenance.
Ensure that all equipment records and associated maintenance plans are active, comply with companies & legislative requirements and appropriate to fit site requirements.
Provide support to site in maintenance related activities such as sourcing and chasing spare parts, contacting contractors to for breakdown assistance and assist in updating maintenance system.
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, OH&S standards and site policies and procedures.
Ensure all calibration results and service reports are available and relevant work orders are closed.
Planning all corrective and routine jobs in the weekly schedule.
Plan, schedule and distribute work packs for the weekly schedule and plant shutdowns to ensure plant reliability and statutory compliance.
Run regular SAP reports and analyse data.

**To be successful**:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas industry or similar environment
Computer literacy - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels internally & externally.
Desired Knowledge of SAP Planned Maintenance module or any other maintenance management system.
Ability to pass both a Medical & Police check
Be a team player and problem solver
