THE ROLE
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience
- Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
- Execution of visual merchandising directive
- Effective stock management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
- Strong experience leading, motivating and inspiring a team
- Be determined to achieve store budgets and understand KPI expectations across multiple stores
- Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
