About the role

The Application Administrator role is designed for a proactive professional who will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the Central Coast Council's One Council Solution. Reporting to the Senior Application Administrator, this position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to build essential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the application services team, you will support the Council's enterprise business applications and major business functions, enabling the organisation to deliver essential community services effectively.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience in application administration, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in developing and executing business systems implementation plans.

- Strong background in managing vendor support to enhance service delivery.

- Experience in project management, including functional testing and software upgrades.
