Great opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to join a global company on the South Side of Brisbane

**Your new company**

Your new company is a global leader in the E-commerce sector that operates in 27 countries and is looking for a new member to join their Oxley team as a Transport Coordinator.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and coordinating the deliveries of all goods from the warehouse on both a domestic and international scale
- Booking freight
- Preparing all export / import documentation
- Monitoring the deliveries and updating customers as needed
- Liaising with customers about shipments and deliveries
- Establishing relationships with customers, carrier and freight brokers
- Uploading manifest for deliveries and cross-checking against export documentation

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order for you to succeed in this role you will need
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience preparing transport / import and export documentation
- Customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, specially with pivot tables
- SAP experience would be highly regarded
