You will provide leadership across the Program with significant financial investment, broad resource demands and extended delivery timeframes. It requires the development of deep working relationships while operating in a complex stakeholder environment across the security domain and business areas.

You will perform governance, financial reporting, benefit management, resource management and data aggregation while also co-ordinating initiative planning, reporting (both status and ad-hoc), risk and issue management and change control processes - as well as engaging senior stakeholders.

We have a senior delivery position available to be a part of the Group Security Domain. This role will deliver a broad range of technology, process and risk aligned outcomes that ensures NAB is delivering enhanced capabilities and business outcomes.

**Key accountabilities**
- Project Integration Management - Global strategic direction of portfolio/program and alignment with the Group priorities.
- Establish synchronisation points to drive integration across domain services (where required).
- Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery
- Lead lean portfolio management across the domain through a unified approach linking business roadmaps with technology delivery, establish guardrails for portfolio flow.
- Monitoring of domain delivery performance, assurance activity and capability development
- Project Communications Management - Provide targeted communication to all senior stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues as well as to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Change Management - Ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change is achieved.
- Benefits Management - Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes to enable the program sponsor to realise return on investment.
- Knowledge Management - Adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the portfolio/program

**What you will bring**
- Significant project management experience, preferably with several years' experience in Technology aligned functions
- Previous experience managing and delivering large complex programs containing multiple streams, across multiple regions, business teams with multiple vendors
- Building, leading and managing large complex teams.
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets
- Contract & vendor management (required)
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, infrastructure, network, data, analytics and business process-based solutions (desirable)
- Interaction with a range of stakeholders to facilitate forward planning and scheduling of technical capabilities required to support business outcomes
- Proven experience in agile ways of working to lead a team to adopt a new operating model
- Strong influencing skills to understand and communicate both the technical and business impacts of changes in priority at the working and Executive stakeholder levels
- Leadership skills and experience, both directly and indirectly
