An exciting opportunity to join an international Skincare company. Initially 8 weeks temporary assignment

**Your new role**
- Responsible for all accounts payable function for all entities which now includes AU, NZ and US.
- Manage the receipt of correspondence (includes invoices) via external mail or Accounts payable inbox.
- Obtains sign
- off/authorisation for invoice payments for invoices with appropriate managers. Also ensure that all signoff is in line with the authorisation matrix.
- Working with invoice approvers to ensure the correct entity, journal ledger code and all details are correctly stated for the processing into the ERP.
- Processing approved employee expense claims.
- Summarises payments under various headings in accordance with accounting policy.
- Prepares and arranges payment runs for invoice payment. Which includes a listing all invoices to be paid with all relevant approvals.
- Reconciles creditor statements.
- Month end - provide a listing of accruals required to the finance manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Initially 8 weeks temporary assignment, potential to go permanent.
- SAP desired not essential
- Gladesville location so ideally drives or live local to area.
