Reporting in to the Finance Manager this role will see you responsible for:

- Ensure reconciliations are completed for Bank, GL and Intercompany
- Assist with Monthly Management Reporting
- Complete inter-company reconciliations and confirmations and process invoices as per month-end timetable
- Reconciliation of Bank account daily
- Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts monthly
- Preparation and processing of General Ledger, Job Cost and Accrual journals
- Undertake other relevant duties as directed by the Finance Manager
- Prepare ad-hoc management information as required
- Produce client progress payment invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and process daily banking and EFT cash receipts accurately to update client accounts
- Provide weekly debtors ageing updates and report on all outstanding 14 days and over and all outstanding final accounts
- Liaise with clients with regard to progress payments and ensure all client queries are addressed professionally and efficiently

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Sound understanding of accounting principles and processes in GL, AR & AP
- Be able to problem solve and work autonomously
- Strong system skills in Accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate reporting and data input capabilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- MS Office skills
