**About the position**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual for the role of Business Support Officer to join our Family Health Support Services Department - Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation Team (MCHI).

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and customer services support for the MCHI service.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Providing first point of contact for MCHI service delivery;
- Providing exemplary customer service for the MCHI team;
- Data entry of client information into the MCHI client management system (Child Development Information System - CDIS);
- Supporting the scheduling of MCHI client appointments throughout the municipality; and
- General administrative duties.

This is a temporary full-time role working 38 hours per week until the 1st of August 2025.

- Self-motivation and an ability to work co-operatively as a team member;
- Outstanding customer service;
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills;
- Experience working with client booking systems and/or operating within a complex rostering environment; and
- Current valid driver licence to attend various sites across Council.

This position is a Band 4, which is currently remunerated at $72,896.56.
