**What You Will Be Doing**

The Peninsula Health - Community Dental Program operates 23 chairs over 4 separate sites
- Frankston, Rosebud, Hastings and Soon to be Seaford; providing General, Specialist and Emergency dental care to those residing and holidaying on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

We seek a suitably experienced Administration Support Worker to complement our professional and caring multi-disciplinary team with a focus on Smile Squad. This position is based at Hastings but there is an expectation to work across all sites.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Substantial experience providing administrative support
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Well
- developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise competing demands and problem solve
- Proven record of excellent customer service with a mature, confident, professional manner and approach
- Well developed verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Titanium Dental Software System (desirable)
- An ability to learn new tasks and systems (desirable)
- Commitment to oral health and wellbeing of children and families (desirable)
- Previous work liaising with schools and/or external stakeholders (desirable)

**Additional Requirements**
