We are Melbourne's leading Garden and Building Supplies Company offering a vast array of products and unparalleled service backed by over 50 years of industry expertise. At present, we are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with an unwavering commitment to achieving sales goals.

Based in Cheltenham, working three days per week from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility on days A fortnightly Saturday may also be required from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate information about products & services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Process customer order & payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Sales reports.
- Maintain customer records & databases.
- Office upkeep
- Other adhoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales (desirable if in a similar industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent self-starter and versatile team player.
- Technologically proficient.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
