We are looking for an - **HR** **Business Partner** based in Sydney CBD.**The Role**: - The - **HR Business Partner** will support the business by upholding the company values and HR policies that guide and support us. As the HR Business Partner, you will be joining a small, collaborative and engaging team, reporting to the HR Director. We are seeking an individual who is service and detail oriented, skilled in prioritising multiple tasks and able to deal with ambiguity. The role is focused on the following key responsibilities: - Project Management support of corporate initiatives for both local and global HR projects - Partner with the business leaders across all areas of HR including performance management, recruitment and retention, engagement and performance reviews - Support and advocate compliance in all aspects of HR, Work Health and Safety and policies - Provide generalist HR, advice and coaching to guide the employee experience **You Have** - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Generalist Human Resources role, preferably within FMCG or Retail industries - Tertiary qualifications in HR - In-depth experience with Immigration Law and processing visa’s - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, mentor and manage HR professionals - Excellent communication skills and can easily develop strong relationships across the business **Desirable Skills** - Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and expectations - Have a strong understanding of workplace relations and WHS legislation - Patient and pragmatic in your approach and can work in an ambiguous environment **We Have** - Close to 70 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands - Unique products and innovative services - A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our _raison d'être_ - A caring and inclusive corporate culture - Development and training opportunities - Attractive compensation and benefits - A flexible work environment, with up to 2 days of remote working per week - Very generous product allowance - Annual 'Clarins College of Learning' events - 'Day-cation' initiative - 1 paid day off each quarter separate to your annual leave - Celebrations, and Sustainability initiatives all year round - driven by our committees - If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
