**Full Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage development and production timelines.
- Manage critical path creation and control.
- Conduct product maintenance within AP21.
- Raise and issue POs in line with timelines and fully maintained in AP21.
- Liaise with factories regarding all stages of development and production.
- Source new suppliers.
- Prioritise production planning with factories to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage bulk fabric, trims, and sample approvals.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure business margin targets are met.
- Conduct fit sessions and communicate all comments to the factories.
- Manage freight forwarders and approvals of shipments.
- Maintain shipment schedules with in AP21
- Maintain delivery schedules for DC and planning.
- Ensure QC management.
- Approve bulk production.
- Conduct weekly communication to key stakeholders.

**About You**:

- You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Production Manager.
- You will attain fundamental knowledge of AP21.
- You will have strong organisational, negotiation, and management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- You will have strong technical understanding of garment construction.
- You will have excellent computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Excel.
