What we’re doing
You will be a part of our Residential & Commercial Sales team, supporting our account partners alongside a collaborative bunch of associates. The Residential and Commercial team is the driving force behind our flagship sites,
being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red & blue house are very passionate about what they do.
While no two days are ever the same, you can expect to:
- Provide sales support to the National Residential and Commercial sales team- Provide general admin support to our customers- Assist and provide general admin support directly with our customers- Manage a centralized inbox of incoming requests- Proactive partnered service with specific Account Partners- Manage bookings for display products- Provide ROI to sales and customers- Utilise excel on a daily basis for reporting and data analysis- Manage regular and ad hoc reports for the sales team- Work on team projects/initiatives to deliver process efficiencies and operational excellence- Assisting in delivering Purple Cow moments to our customer base- Local event management and national event assistance
Who we’re looking for- Someone who can exude a quiet confidence in their skills and ability to get stuff done- Someone who is very process driven and has impeccable attention to detail- Operate in a way that is proactive and solutions-driven- Pull data for reports, analyzing and creating beneficial insights- Understand general sales processes and procedures- Effectively use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, if you were a PowerPoint pro, this would be ace)- Exposure to Tableau would be very beneficial- Demonstrate having worked in a complex environment before (not necessary but would stand you out)
