**About the Roles**:
Working in a supportive, knowledgeable, and innovative team you will provide exceptional customer service, advice, and information to generate sales. You will benefit from having exclusive access to Plan Lab, Adelaide’s first and only one-to-one scale projection studio.

As our
**New Home Sales Associate,** you will receive intensive on the job training and mentoring for the first 6 months, as well as having a secure income for this period, to set you up for success and transition into the New Home Sales Role.

As our
**New Homes Sales Consultant** you will be based at one of our premium display villages and have the opportunity to sell homes across our Signature, Coast & Country, and Oxygen ranges.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up referred sales leads and quotes, as well as generating leads
- Establish relationships with real estate agents, developers and land agents for the creation and promotion of house and land packages
- Ensure that the display home village is well presented, maintained to a high standard, with up-to-date marketing material
- Present quotes to customers in person
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations

**What you will bring**:
**New Home Sales Trainee**
- Proven exceptional customer service
- Passion to develop your residential sales career
- Sales experience

**New Homes Sales Consultant**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

**Both roles**
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for residential sales
- Ability to contribute positively to a team
- Honesty and integrity in everything you do
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- Availability over a 7-day roster (working 5 days) with some out of hours work as required
