This renowned CBD based organization, who offers a lot of flexibility and within a great team environment, are seeking a **Network & Telephony Lead** to join their team, and be accountable for the delivery of information technology infrastructure and service management outcomes.

This role is responsible for providing **Technical Leadership** across project teams and vendors, to deliver solutions on time to scope, and ensuring that the Managed Service Provider delivers operational services to agreed SLAs; whilst focusing on continued improvements that will enhance their suite of services.

**Other responsibilities will include**:

- Management of the delivery of Network and Telephony services to meet business requirements
- Leading the outsourced vendor team members to ensure that Network and Telephony services are operated to expected outcomes
- Providing oversight of escalation, prioritization, and drive stakeholder communication during critical events, and
- Working collaboratively with teams and partners to demonstrate thought leadership to enhance their services

**As such, you must demonstrate the following core skills and experiences**:

- Technical Leadership with expertise in networking and telephony technologies
- Understanding the concepts of virtualization and cloud computing
- Understanding of emerging technologies / improvements to balance risk and enablement
- Technically savvy in Firewalls, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, Data Center Switching, Hosted Unified Communications and Cloud Connectivity
