We're searching for a dedicated Concierge to be the warm and welcoming face of this brand new front desk at a prestigious healthcare facility. Your role will involve meet-and-greet interactions, offering outstanding customer service, and providing essential information to patients and visitors (no clinical background required).

As the facility's ambassador, your gentle and accommodating nature will shine, making everyone feel cared for and valued. This is not your typical concierge role, as it is not desk based you will not be sedentary.

Operating 7 days a week, this role will ideally operate Monday to Friday, and cover the hours of 7am to 7pm. An opening and a closing shift will be available.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a front facing customer service role, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency only).
- Exceptional empathy, patience, and accommodating demeanor.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Excellent phone manners and computer literacy.
- Mandatory Working with Children Check.
