**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

This role will include the design, development, and execution of process automation solutions to support continual improvement of JP2096 Ph1 Development Centre service delivery.

The focus of the role is in the automation of operational business processes within an ITIL and DevOps focused service delivery organisation supporting a team of approximately 50 staff using a range of business support tools.

The role is complex and challenging, requiring both business analysis acumen and expertise in the design, development, and management of business process toolset. General duties will include:

- Contribute to the Continual Improvement Program ensuring processes are continuously reviewed using a combination of ITIL, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
- Design and configuration of automated work flows, aligned with ITIL best practices to ensure service efficiency and effectiveness
- Working with the service delivery teams to analyse business processes with the aim to deliver optimised levels of the processes and tool automation to support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on their operational needs, including service fulfilment, monitoring, and reporting
- In collaboration with Process Owners and SMEs, identify and implement practical solutions to improve work methods (i.e. tooling)
- Production and maintenance of related design and configuration documentation
- Configuration and management of tool workflows
- Overseeing tool system administration, including software updates and patching
- Researching and recommending additional or new process automation tools to further improve service value to Leidos and the customer

**Qualifications**:
**About You and What You'll Bring**

Coupled with at least 5 years direct practical experience in the use of a variety of workflow tools to automate and improve service delivery business processes, you will have a proactive approach and the ability to solve issues and develop relationships to achieve the company’s objectives. You will also have:

- Experience in ITIL service management
- ITIL v4 (or v3) Foundation certified as a minimum
- A passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational business processes, workflows, and reporting through automation
- Demonstrated experience in the development and support of a range of business process automation tools
- Demonstrated experience as a technical business analyst, working collaboratively with stakeholders/process owners to design business process automation solutions
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed stakeholder expectations in a complex environment
