Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium with C# scripting, CI/CD pipeline integration, and automation frameworks using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Data Driven approaches. This role requires hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing within agile project environments.
Mandatory Evaluation Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience using Selenium with C# scripting.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in implementing automation frameworks with BDD and Data Driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts with adaptability to perform manual testing as needed.
- Develop and manage test data for automation scenarios.
- Conduct SQL and data automation testing with advanced proficiency.
- Set up distributed test execution environments using Selenium Grid on Azure Virtual Machines (VM) or Azure Virtual Scale Sets.
- Actively participate in agile projects and ceremonies, collaborating closely with development and QA teams.
- Implement, manage, and monitor test automation processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Proposal Overview
Candidates should provide a clear, practical, and workable approach for meeting project requirements, including detailed explanations of implementation, management, and monitoring strategies for the test automation processes.
