Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you
As a Learning Administrator, you’ll provide systems administration and support for our People Central Learning Management System (Success Factors). Acting as a service desk support for queries received through our Service Now support system, you’ll respond to all queries with a high level of customer service and within agreed timeframes. The role will troubleshoot course and system issues and escalate to learning designers or senior specialists where required.
You’ll create and update learning items such as competency checklists, instructor-led courses and curricula; and providing reports to various stakeholders, including reporting on organisation training KPIs.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
3-5 years of experience working with Learning Management systems (LMS)
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
Time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to think with a continuous improvement mindset
