Job description:
- You will be required to answer phone and customer inquiries
- Accurate data entry
- Keep accurate records
- Communicate and work well in a team environment
- General admin duties
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative role
- Payroll experience
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to build and maintain customer relations
- Problem solving abilities
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Experience using MS Office
- Able to work well in a busy environment
