We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Officer to join our team and assist the Customer Service team in handling the technical aspects of customer support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Contact Centre Customer Service, along with technical troubleshooting experience in solar energy systems and heat pumps.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Set up and guided customers through the various apps and other technical platforms.
Troubleshoot Solar and Heat Pump issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Collaborate with the manufacturer’s technical support when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and notes while ensuring friendly and efficient service.

**What we’re looking for**
Experience in a Contact Centre environment, providing customer service and technical support.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with solar energy systems, heat pumps, and related technologies.
Experience or knowledge in the electrical and plumbing industry is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in a clear, professional manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
