About the role
Due to rapid expansion, Elders Real Estate have a rare opportunity to join the corporate team in this newly created position.
The Network Performance and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth through recruitment of new franchise offices and growing company owned locations, driving process and product adoption and reward and recognition programs. In collaboration with the current State Management teams, this role will have unlimited opportunity - based off the success and footprint of our 300 + real estate offices nationally. This role requires a proven sales performer with experience in business development led lead generation and pipeline management and the ability to use this experience to mentor and drive other individuals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential new franchise target areas through a data led and collaborative approach with State teams
- Increases the number of offices and agents in the allocated areas
- Helps current franchisees and company branch managers to identify and recruit agents
- Works with the marketing team on prospecting and recruitment strategy
- Identify new business opportunities in adjacent industry fields
- Work with key offices on customised growth plans
- Influence and drive business owners and agents to focus on continual improvement
- Drive the reward and recognition program through current and new initiatives
- Industry presence and promotion though proactive PR and attendance at events
About you
- 5+ years of experience working in real estate as a sales leader in a corporate business, or a business owner. Franchise sales in a non real estate industry also highly desirable.
- Superior liaison, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and the capacity to build and maintain relationships and network culture
- Knowledge of modern real estate office systems and products
- Business development experience desirable
- A self-starter and office motivator
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
