**The Role**

We are seeking a part-time Community Growth Associate to join our team and help expand Outhire's network of professional communities. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, signing up, and classifying professional communities across various platforms, including Slack, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to identify target groups and collaborate with community managers to ensure that our job campaigns reach the right audiences.

This is a part-time position that is ideal for university students who are looking to gain experience in community development and marketing while balancing their studies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and vetting potential communities to partner with to expand Outhire's network.
- Building strong relationships with community managers and influencers and negotiating partnerships and promotions.
- Categorising communities based on their area of focus, such as marketing, software development, finance, healthcare, etc.
- Creating and executing community-specific marketing campaigns to drive engagement and awareness of Outhire's platform.
- Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to develop and implement new features to optimise the user experience for our community partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for identifying new communities and connecting with like-minded professionals.
- A deep understanding of how different platforms and communities operate and the ability to tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs.
- A willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
