**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a person with demonstrated experience in maintenance) and previous exposure, or a demonstrated interest, in improvement and business development to work on opportunities across Minerals Australia Assets.

As the Principal Growth - Maintenance, you will play a key role supporting Minerals Australia performance across safety and productivity.

The Principal Growth will be accountable for:

- Lead the end-to-end development of business cases, including articulating a sound understanding of the OS value proposition and manage the commercial transactions in the respective Site Work Packages
- Accustom in developing negotiation strategies and solutions to support safe and productive performance for operations
- Deep understanding of operations value chain knowledge to drive enhanced decision making and planning
- Able to identify and assess risk, taking a risk-based approach to decision-making that supports safe and productive performance outcomes.

**About You**:

- Subject matter expert in maintenance
- Have experience or demonstrated interest in commercial, business development and/or project valuations
- Have experience delivering improvement in large scale operations
- Have a deep commitment and passion for delivering improvement opportunities
- Have good understanding of, and proven skills in, work process analysis and improvement
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to mine site leaders and operators
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- A tertiary qualification in engineering or commercial area will be highly desirable.
